Huangheya Town, belonging to Decheng District of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Decheng District, adjacent to toutousi town in the East, Santang township of Pingyuan County in the south, Jingxian County of Hebei Province across the ancient canal in the West and Xinhua Street in the north. The area is 105.36 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the Yellow River Ya town was 59700.

In September 1961, Huanghe Ya commune was established. In 1994, it was changed to Huanghe Ya township. In 1993, 20 Li Pu Township was incorporated into the city. In September 1994, Huang He Ya town was set up. As of June 2020, Huanghe Ya town has 29 communities under its jurisdiction.
