Fenggang Township
Fenggang township is a township under the jurisdiction of Yugan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. Located at 116 ° 13 ′ 48 ″~ 116 ° 54 ′ 24 ″ east longitude, 28 ° 21 ′ 36 ″~ 29 ° 3 ′ 24 ″ north latitude, it is located in the southwest of Yugan County, on the South Bank of Xinjiang branch, and in the hubinwei area at the junction of Jinxian. It faces Daxi and hongjiazui townships across the river in the East, Jinxian County in the west, Jiulong Township in the south, jiangbu and Heshan in the north, with a total area of 88 square kilometers and cultivated land of 44900
Fenggang township is a traditional folk channel for commerce and trade in Xingxiang county (Jinxian) in history. "Wugang" once enjoyed a long reputation. The territory is surrounded by water on all sides, with many lakes and Caozhou. The natural environment and planting conditions are very superior. There are four fairs in Fenggang, Heshan, Dawutang and Guoping, with natural agriculture, livestock and poultry, aquaculture as the main industries, and silkworm, lotus root, kudzu powder, wild duck and other traditional cultivation as the dominant industries. It is a typical "hometown of fish and rice" in the south of the Yangtze river with beautiful grass and abundant products.
The Township People's government is located in Fenggang village committee, the economic center of the township, and beside Yuzhu highway. With the completion and opening of Longjin bridge and the improvement of Fengfu Lianwei, the infrastructure construction of the township has been fundamentally improved, and the location advantage has suddenly highlighted.
Historical evolution
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Fenggang and Huancheng. In 1950, it belonged to Dahuai, shengzao and Fenggang townships. In 1952, it was divided into nine districts: Xinjian, production and three districts: Nanping, Fenggang, Dahuai and Pingxiang. In 1956, it was in production and Fenggang. In 1958, it was a super British commune. In 1959, it was renamed Fenggang commune. In 1962, it was divided into Fenggang commune and Dahuai commune. In 1963, it was divided into Fenggang commune and Dahuai commune. In 1984, she was changed to a township. In April 2006, Fenggang township was merged with Heshan township to form Fenggang township.

economic development
The cultivated land covers an area of 44900 mu, including 41000 mu of paddy field, 3900 mu of dry land, and 0.9 mu per capita. Most of them are irrigated land, with natural agriculture, livestock and poultry industry, aquaculture and other major industries. Agricultural cash crops are mainly rice, rape, soybean, peanut, cotton and sesame. 6.93 million yuan was invested to improve the road traffic and communication facilities in our Township, and 37.4 kilometers of hardened roads were completed, including 28.9 kilometers of roads for every village and 8.5 kilometers of poverty alleviation roads built by the old government. In 2009, 11.2 km of wosha roads from Fenggang to Heshan and from haozui to Dahuai were repaired and maintained, with a total of 29.2 km. Up to now, our village has basically realized the cement road. In 2009, the Longjin bridge was successfully completed and opened to traffic, and the Yuzhu highway basically runs through, with a total length of 46 kilometers.
