Xinfeng Street Town

Xinfengjie Town, subordinate to Nancheng County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the south of Nancheng County, 16 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to tianjingyuan Township in the north, Shangtang town in the East, Xujiang River in the west, Zhuliang town and Lita town across the river, and qiawan town in Nanfeng County in the south. It covers an area of 53.7 square kilometers and governs one community and six administrative villages. In late 2018, there were 11 thousand and 500 registered residence population in Xinfeng street town.

The agriculture of xinfengjie town is mainly rice, watermelon, corn, fish and pig breeding, and the industry is mainly wood processing. History of construction

In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to three districts of Nancheng County; in July 1950, it belonged to four districts of Nancheng county (the district government set up Shangtang); in October 1961, it set up Xinfeng commune; in November 1968, it merged into Shangtang commune; in November 1972, it restored Xinfeng commune; in 1983, Xinfeng commune was renamed Xinfeng Street commune; in 1984, Xinfeng Street commune was changed into Xinfeng Street Township; on August 18, 1997, Xinfengjie township was changed into xinfengjie town.

Xinfengjie town is located in the south of Nancheng County, 16 kilometers away from the county.
