Dinglong town

DINGLONG township is located in the middle of Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The area is 120.83 square kilometers (2018), registered residence population of 32039 people (2018), 13 administrative villages (2019). There are ice core cave, Changgang reservoir and other attractions.

Historical evolution

Ding Longwei, formerly known as longgangtou, is said to have been built by Zhong min during the reign of emperor Shizong of the Tang Dynasty.

In 1927, the leader of sandianhui set fire to the stage of Wanshougong, burning down two-thirds of the shops. In the same year, the street shops were restored and the Wanshougong was rebuilt. Because of the three hills like dragon shadow on the back of the polder, the "tripod" was formed. From then on, it was renamed "Dinglong" polder.

In 1970, the Changgang reservoir was built and the town was moved to a small hill on the west side.

In 1984, it was changed into DINGLONG township.

DINGLONG township has 5.2 km connecting line from Shiji Expressway to the county seat, and Dinglong section of Xinggan expressway is in the territory. Shijiazhuang Jilin Expressway passes through Dinglong Township, with a total length of 19.115 km. There is a high-speed entrance and exit in Qixia village of DINGLONG township. Every village has a cement road and a relatively perfect ferry terminal.

Lingshan Bingxin cave

Lingshan Bingxin cave is located in danxiadi scenic spot in Hefu village, Changgang Township, 10 kilometers east of Xingguo County, adjacent to Danxia lake. The original name of "Yushan" was changed to "Lingshan" because of the presence of one Jinguanyin and one jinxianglu in the rocks, and "seeking the spirit of God". In ancient times, it was known as the first scenic spot of Xingguo. The scenic spots include bamboo shoot dyke, Xiantao, mangchui stone, shutouyan, etc.; Bingxin cave is also the revolutionary site of "Bingxin cave meeting" where the CPC Xingguo District Committee conveyed the spirit of the "August 7th" meeting in April 1928; mangchui stone is the place where Jiang Shanzhong martyrs jumped from the cliff, who "died to the underworld and protected the Communist Party for thousands of years"; shutouyan is the place where Zhong Shaojing, the first prime minister in the south of the Yangtze River, lived in seclusion and studied in the deep valley Fang.

Changgang reservoir

Changgang reservoir is located on the east side of dinglongwei, with a water surface area of more than 20000 mu and a length of about 15 km. There are green mountains and waters on both sides of the reservoir. There are scenic spots like turtle and snake lock the river. Every day, dozens of boats and boats shuttle back and forth. In summer, you can take a speedboat or a passenger boat to watch and visit the reservoir scenic spots - Bingxin cave, Danxia lake, Langshan temple, Changgang power station, etc.

Former site of the General Hospital of the Red Army

The former site of the General Hospital of the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army (the birthplace of Shenyang Medical University) is located in Chaling village, Dinglong Township, known as "xiaojinggang". Peng Dehuai, tengdaiyuan, zengshan and Bogu, revolutionaries of the older generation, have been here. Relevant departments and PLA General Hospital have visited the former site of the hospital for many times, and have been listed as key cultural relics protection units by Xingguo County Cultural Bureau and memorial hall.
