Xianshi Lake Management Office is a management organization established with the approval of the municipal government.

Organization Profile

In order to meet the needs of urban development, the municipal Party committee and government decided to adjust the urban division of Nanchang city. Yonghe village, Yongxi village, Xianhu village, Gongyuan village, Qili Village and Changxiang village were under the jurisdiction of Donghu District. With the approval of the municipal government, the Xianshi Lake Management Office has been set up in Donghu District. It is the agency of the district Party committee and the district government. On behalf of the district Party committee and the district government, it exercises unified leadership and management over the party affairs, administration, economic and social affairs of six villages, including Changxiang and Yongxi villages. Xianshihu management office was officially established on December 29, 2004. Its office is located at No. 600, Erqi North Road. There are party and government office, financial and economic office, comprehensive management office, family planning and social affairs office and people's Armed Forces Department.

Xianshi Lake Management Office covers an area of 2.18 square kilometers, with a total population of 22000. It extends to Beijing West Road in the south, fudayoudi in the north, Binjiang Avenue in the west, Ganjiang River in the West and Qingshan Lake scenic spot in the East. The management office is located in the downtown area of Nanchang, relying on the pleasant scenery of Qingshan Lake, where Xianshi Lake Park is dotted like a bright pearl.
