Lucunying township is located in the middle of Cixian County, adjacent to Cizhou town in the East, xiguyi Township and Linshui town in Fengfeng mining area in the west, xiguyi Township in the South and Lintan town and Guanglu town in the north. The total area is 38.52 square kilometers. There are 23622 permanent residents (in 2017), all of whom are Han nationality. Including 20 natural villages.

Lucunying township is located in the middle of Cixian County, adjacent to Cizhou town in the East, xiguyi Township and Linshui town in Fengfeng mining area in the west, xiguyi Township in the South and Lintan town and Guanglu town in the north.

It is located in the hilly area with an altitude of 80-300 meters and a groundwater level of 10-17 meters. The soil is calcareous cinnamon soil, cinnamon soil and fluvo cinnamon soil.
