It governs 4 administrative villages, 54 natural villages and 68 villager groups, with a permanent population of 21305 people (2017), 30000 mu of arable land, Suyong road and suwo road passing through, and xinbian river crossing East and West.

Today, China's reform has entered a "deep water area".
