Zhangbaling town

Zhangbaling Town, belonging to Mingguang City, Anhui Province, is located in the southernmost part of Mingguang City, on the back of Jianghuai Fengshui ridge. With convenient transportation, national highway 104, Beijing Shanghai railway and bengning Expressway run through the whole territory, with obvious location advantages, less than 80 km away from Nanjing, it is designated as Nanjing one hour metropolitan economic circle. With a total area of 253.26 square kilometers, the town governs 16 administrative villages, 134 villager groups and 27895 permanent residents (2017). The town is rich in animal and plant resources and mineral resources dominated by sericite, of which the proven reserves of Sericite are 2 million tons and the prospective reserves are more than 10 million tons.

The development of the whole town has always been in the forefront of Mingguang City. In 2016, the town's fixed asset investment reached 380 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 25%. The total investment was 300 million yuan, with an average annual growth of 19%. The fiscal revenue was 15.83 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17%, including 9.1 million yuan of state tax revenue, a year-on-year increase of 36.2%; 4.5 million yuan of local tax revenue, a year-on-year decrease of 7% (due to the reform of replacing business tax with value-added tax); 2.23 million yuan of non tax revenue, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%. The per capita disposable income of farmers reached 13000 yuan, an increase of 1.8 times over 2011, with an average annual growth of 20%. The town's private enterprises are relatively active, and have formed pillar industries with foundry, vehicle accessories, plate processing, toys and clothing as the leading industries. Its total output value accounts for more than 90% of the town's total industrial output value.

With the further development of economy, the social undertakings of the whole town are developing at the same time. Nearly 4200 program-controlled telephones have been opened, and the coverage rate has reached 90%. The coverage rate of limited TV in market towns has reached 65%, and the coverage rate of tap water users has reached 57%. Education "double base" has passed the provincial acceptance standard in 1999. The whole town, especially the people's spiritual civilization building activities, is booming. They are determined to make use of the existing location and transportation advantages to expand and strengthen clothing, toys, plate, casting and other industries, develop and utilize sericite mine, and accelerate the level of urbanization.
