Langya street is located in the center of Chuzhou City, starting from Jinpu railway line in the East, Langya Mountain National Forest Park in the west, Langya East Road and Fenghuang West Road in the south, and the small railway running through chucheng in the north. It covers an area of about 47 square kilometers (including 38 square kilometers of Langya Mountain National Forest Park), with a total population of 62752 (2010) (including 4981 party members). It has jurisdiction over Jianshe Road community, Huayuan street community, Sihe Road community, Sanliting community, yanqu community, Fenghuang community and Gudao community.
