Chen Hanxiang
Chenhan township is a township under the jurisdiction of Susong County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. It is located at the south foot of the Dabie Mountains and the northwest corner of Susong County. It is a key poverty-stricken township of the state, integrating the old revolutionary base area, deep mountain area and reservoir area. The township governs 13 administrative villages, a total of 279 villager groups, with a total area of 94 square kilometers and an average altitude of 500 meters. Chenhan township is rich in resources, rich in bamboo, pine fir, cocoon, tea, chestnut, orange, fish and other agricultural products, containing lead-zinc ore, manganese ore, phosphate ore, iron ore, quartz, graphite and other mineral resources and water resources. It is an ideal tourism and leisure park with picturesque scenery and Diaoyutai Reservoir.
On May 26, 2020, Chenhan township was selected into the list of strong agricultural towns in 2020.
Basic introduction
Chenhan Township, located in the northwest of Susong County, is the largest mountainous Township in the county. It is also a poor township integrating the reservoir area and the old area. It is adjacent to Taihu County, Aikou, Beiyu and Liuping. The total area of the local area is 94 square kilometers, including a 4000 mu national secondary reservoir, 109000 Mu mountain farm and 7490 Mu cultivated land, with an average altitude of 500 meters. The township has 808 party members and 30 party branches, including 13 rural branches and 6 mobile party branches; the level of economic development is low and the masses live in poverty. Guangfu village is located in the northwest of Susong County, the seat of Chenhan township government, and the north corner is the picturesque Diaoyutai Reservoir. In May 2004, it was formed by the merger of Zhengchong, Chenyuan and Guangfu. There are 27 villager groups, 980 households and 3061 people in the village. The total land area is 6.59 square kilometers, including 730 mu of arable land and 8593 mu of mountain farm. There are two county main roads, modiao and Suyu, passing through the village. It is 28 kilometers away from the county and 15 kilometers away from the railway station. The transportation is convenient. The coverage rate of cable TV is more than 95%. 90% of them have fixed telephone, 65 broadband users, strong mobile and Unicom signals and fast information. The main economic income is from forestry, planting and migrant workers. The leading products are bamboo, tea, citrus, edible Melon Wilt, etc. it is a mountainous village integrating reservoir area, resettlement area and resettlement area. In July 2008, it was identified as the provincial resettlement project construction demonstration village by the provincial Reservoir Resettlement Administration.
Baihe Village is located on the southwest Bank of Diaoyutai Reservoir in Chenhan Township, bordering changxishan village in Liuping township. The village has 28 villager groups, 684 households, 2365 people, 1143 labor force and 916 migrant workers. There are 365 mu of cultivated land, 105 mu of mountainous land and 5300 mu of mountain farms, with an average of 2.4 mu per capita. The masses are mainly engaged in bamboo, sericulture, red taro and other production. With a total length of 4.1km, the village highway was completed and opened to traffic in September 2009. The popularization rate of cable TV and telephone in the whole village has reached more than 85%. Mobile phones, motorcycles, refrigerators and other household appliances have entered the homes of ordinary people. There are 49 party members and 3 party committees in the village Party branch. The organization construction of the village Party branch has been carried out with sound and color. In 2006 and 2007, the village Party branch was commended by the county and township.
Hekou village is located in the east of Chenhan Township, adjacent to Aikou in the East and Liuping in the south. It is the east gate of Chenhan Township, 25 kilometers away from the county seat. It takes 30 minutes to drive from the county seat to Suliang highway. Hekou village is a combined village of Hekou and xiongling, with a population of 1756 and 460 households. It has 18 villager groups under its jurisdiction, with 602 mu of cultivated land and 3800 mu of forest land. It is a typical mountain village.
Biehe village is located in the northwest of Chenhan Township, 15 kilometers away from the township government. In 2004, it was formed by the merger of Xianfeng and Yangping villages. The village has 20 villager groups, 288 households and 1156 people. It covers an area of 9.06 square kilometers, with 640 mu of cultivated land, 9800 mu of mountain farm and 300 mu of Moso bamboo. The masses are mainly engaged in the production of tea, bamboo and grain. They live in poverty and have poor economic conditions.
Dushan village is located in the southeast of Chenhan Township, 30 kilometers away from Susong County. The village has 17 villager groups, 490 households and 1648 people, covering an area of 6.25 square kilometers, with 620 mu of cultivated land, 48 mu of dry land and 8202 mu of mountain farm, including 4200 mu of pine and fir and 3800 mu of Moso bamboo. The village's leading industries are rice and red taro, and its characteristic industries are bamboo, chestnut and tea, forming a certain scale of pig ecological breeding. It is a poor mountain area with a per capita net income of 2300 yuan in 2012.
Zhuwan village is located in the northwest of Chenhan Township and on the North Bank of Diaoyutai Reservoir. It is a combination of Zhuwan village and Qifan village, covering an area of 9.65 square kilometers. The village has 30 villager groups, 806 households, 2846 people, 1314 labor force and 915 migrant workers. At present, there are 705 mu of cultivated land, 140.8 mu of mountain land, 15362 mu of mountain farm, including 1200 mu of mulberry garden. The masses are mainly engaged in the production of sericulture, chestnut, bamboo, tea and grain.
Daming village is located in the northwest of Chenhan Township, at the junction of Taihu County. It is a combination of Daming and Xiaoming villages, covering an area of 8.92 square kilometers. The village has 16 villager groups, 312 households, 1108 people, more than 650 labor force, and more than 480 migrant workers. There are 20 people supported by the five guarantee households in the village, and 56 people enjoy the minimum living security. There are 847 mu of cultivated land and 12000 mu of mountain farms.
Yuping village is located in high mountain area. In 2004, it was formed by the combination of Jiangshan village and Yuling village. The village has 20 villager groups, 461 households and 1574 people. It covers an area of 8.86 square kilometers, with 741 mu of cultivated land, 8600 mu of mountain farms and 950 mu of Moso bamboo.
Jiudengshan village is the most remote village from the township government, close to Taihu County. The village has 11 villager groups, 220 households and 820 people. The whole village is situated on high mountains. It covers an area of 5.57 mu, including 520 mu of cultivated land, 4100 mu of mountain farms and 650 mu of Phyllostachys pubescens. The masses are mainly engaged in the cultivation of Phyllostachys pubescens, edible Trichosanthes kirilowii and grain. The level of economic development is low and they live in poverty. There are 220 migrant workers.
Luohantang village was formed by the merger of Honghe village and Ouchi village in 2004. The village has 19 villager groups, 360 households and 1400 people. It covers an area of 9.7 square kilometers, with 810 mu of cultivated land, 13800 mu of mountain farms, 4000 mu of Moso bamboo and 1000 mu of edible Trichosanthes. The masses are mainly engaged in the production of edible Trichosanthes, sericulture, moso bamboo and grain.
Diaoyutai village is located in the northwest of Susong County, the center of Diaoyutai Reservoir. In 2004, it was formed by the merger of Chenwu and Sanhe villages. The village is 30 kilometers away from the county, 5 kilometers away from the township government, Guangfu village in the East, Diaoyutai Reservoir in the south, Beiyu Township in the West and Zhuwan village in the north. The village has 28 villager groups, 924 households and 3236 people, including 2770 immigrants from the reservoir area. There are 215 mu of cultivated land, 5900 mu of mountain farm and 2049 mu of water surface.
Kunan village is located in the south of Diaoyutai Reservoir, connecting Baihe Village in the East, Liaohe village in Beiyu Township in the west, Liuping Township in the South and reservoir in the north. The village is divided into three large areas (Jiming village, Fangshan village and Taiping Village), 33 villager groups, with a total population of 3180, 878 households and 1600 labors. The cultivated land area is 873.7 mu, the forest land area is 8554.2 mu, and the village area is 7.18 square kilometers.
Dengshan village is located in the southwest of Diaoyutai Reservoir. There are 12 villager groups, 381 households and 1387 people in the village, including 428 migrant workers. The cultivated land area of the village is 435 mu, 0.31 mu per capita, including 363 mu of paddy field, 82 mu of dry land, 3700 mu of mountain farm, 2.6 mu per capita, of which about 60% is Phyllostachys pubescens, and the area is 3.7 square kilometers. Economic situation: the annual gross output value of agriculture and forestry is about 600000 yuan, 432 yuan per capita, the collective economy is weak, the leading industry is mainly rice planting, and the proportion of forest products is large. Modernization construction: limited TV has covered 60% of the households in the village, reaching more than 200 households, program-controlled telephone 120 households, broadband network has been installed in the village, tap water into more than 140 households, 630 people.
