Xinzhuangzi street is located in the center of Bagong mountain area, bordering on tubazi street in the East, qianhuai village in Bagongshan town in the west, north of Xiaodingshan mountain in the South and Huaihe River in the north. The street has 9 communities, covering an area of about 3.6 square kilometers. Population 53156 (2010).

there are Caixin North Road, Jianbei Road, Dingshan Road, laofucun Road, Bagongshan commercial pedestrian street and other prosperous sections in the territory. The sub district office is located in the north of Huainan coal miners' Gymnasium in zizhidong community of Xinzhuang.

Xinzhuangzi street was established in 1957. In August 1960, the street was canceled and Xinzhuangzi City branch was established. In September 1965, Xinzhuangzi and bijiagang merged to form Xinzhuangzi street. In October 1977, bijiagang district within the jurisdiction was designated. In 1997, it covers an area of 8 square kilometers and has a population of 53000. It has jurisdiction over 17 neighborhood committees, including Jiangan Dongyi village, Jiangan Donger village, Jiangan Xiyi village, Jiangan Xier village, kuangbei village, Heping West Village, Heping East Village, Laodong village, Shengli village, Xinpei village, Tuanjie village, Jianbei village, Jianxi village, Jiannan village, Jiandong 1st Village, Jiandong 2nd village and new chemical village.
