Zipeng town

Zipeng town is located in Feixi County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. It is adjacent to Shangpai town in the East, Zipeng Mountain scenic spot in the south, Guanting town in the west, Hefei high tech Development Zone, Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone and Feixi economic and Technological Development Zone in the north, and 15 kilometers away from the provincial capital Hefei and SHANGPAI county.

There are 11 villages (communities) in the town, covering an area of 79.42 square kilometers (2017), with a permanent population of 27984 (2017).

Evolution of organizational system

In 1949, it built Nongxing township. In 1961, it changed into commune. In 1983, it rebuilt township. In 1992, it merged with Shaomai township to build Nongxing town. In 1997, it covers an area of 113.7 square kilometers and has a population of 38000. It has 24 village committees including Changliu, Sizhou, Lishu, Suwan, horticulture, Xinghuo, Zhuyuan, Shangdian, Xinzhuang, Nongxing, Shaomai, Xi'an, Lianggang, Xinnong, Hongshan, Yongjiu, Zhouci, baishuitang, Jiatang, Shangtang, Luoba, chengwa, Baiyi, Dengshan, and 2 neighborhood committees including Nongxing street and Shaomai street. At the end of 2005, Nongxing town was renamed Zipeng town.

The municipal roads such as Forest Avenue, prosperous Avenue and Fangxing Avenue pass through the city, and Hefei No.80 bus goes directly to the core area, making Zipeng town seamlessly integrate into Hefei Economic Circle; Hefei Xuzhou, Hejie, Ningxi, Hebeng and Hewu railways fly by, quietly integrating into the Yangtze River Delta; Hefei Xinqiao International Airport is only half an hour's drive away.

Zipeng town industrial cluster, established in 2007, is not only one of the key industrial clusters in the county, but also an important part of Hefei's "100 billion yuan" peach blossom industrial plate. With the development goal of building a science and technology-based eco industrial park, the gathering area has successively introduced a number of high-tech industrial projects, such as home appliances, auto parts, machinery manufacturing, etc. In 2012, the total financial revenue was 52.31 million yuan; the per capita annual net income of farmers was 9975 yuan; the industrial output value above the designated size was 3.75 billion yuan; the investment in fixed assets of the whole society was 1.35 billion yuan; the investment in investment was 1.48 billion yuan. As of the beginning of 2017, 68 projects have been introduced, 40 enterprises have been built (including Taihe optoelectronics listed in a shares in 2017) and one well-known trademark in China (wangrenhe rice noodle). Since 2017, Huidong and other six high-tech enterprises have landed in the park, covering a total area of more than 200 mu; three new enterprises have been put into operation; from January to may, the investment funds reached 602 million yuan; the investment in fixed assets reached 850 million yuan, including 210 million yuan in industrial fixed assets and 96 million yuan in tax revenue.

Zipeng town has successively won the honorary titles of Anhui province's best tourism Township, Anhui province's beautiful ecological Township, Anhui province's advanced grassroots Party school, Hefei's "five good" township party committee, Hefei's advanced scientific development Township, Hefei's Ping'an Township, Hefei's demonstration grassroots Party school, Feixi County's excellent target management Township, and Feixi County's advanced collective of safe production. In 2020, it will be officially awarded the honorary title of health Township in Anhui Province.
