Lingkun Street

Ling Kun street is located in the Oujiang mouth of the middle of the Wenzhou bay mouth, east of the East China Sea, and connects the Ling Ni embankment with the Dongtou Ni Yue Street. The West and Lucheng district are connected by seven rivers, and the north meets Yueqing and Yueqing, and the Liushi town is located across the river. The Ling Kun street has jurisdiction over nine villages, nine provinces including Ye Xian, Wang Xiang, north section, HSI, Sha Tang, Shuang Kun, Zhou Zhai and Shang Yan tou, with 23 thousand registered residence population. The area is 22 square kilometers.

Lingkun has successively won the titles of "national ecological Street", "ecological town in Zhejiang Province", "green small town in Zhejiang Province", "strong town in education in Zhejiang Province", "strong town in sports in Zhejiang Province" and "five good township party committee of vanguard work construction of rural grassroots organizations in Zhejiang Province".

Historical evolution

Lingkun township was established in 1949 and changed into a commune in 1958. The township was restored in 1984 and the town was established in 1987, belonging to Ouhai county. In March 1992, Ouhai county was withdrawn to establish Ouhai District, which was attached to Lingkun town. In 2001, Lingkun town was under the jurisdiction of Longwan District. In 2011, the town was removed and streets were set up. In 2015, it was under the jurisdiction of Dongtou district. In 2020, the jurisdiction of Lingkun Street will be adjusted and Kunpeng Street will be added. Among them, Ling Kun street has jurisdiction over nine administrative villages, namely, nine villages, Ye Xian, Wang Xiang, northern section, Hass, Sha Tang, Shuang Kun, Zhou Zhai and Shang Yan tou, with 23 thousand registered residence population and 22 square kilometers of area. The jurisdiction of Kunpeng Street: Yanming road in the west, the boundary between Lingkun street and Niyu street in the East, the boundary between Dongtou Yueqing in the north, and the boundary between Longwan Dongtou in the south. The permanent resident population is 42000, and the land area is 29.3 square kilometers. Kunpeng street is managed by oujiangkou management committee entrusted by Dongtou district according to the current Lingkun street management model.

Transportation

Lingkun station is an elevated station. The main structure of the station is elevated two floors, the first floor is the station hall floor, and the second floor is the platform floor. Line S1 and line S2 will realize parallel transfer here. Lingkun station is located near Wangxiang village of Lingkun street, southwest of the intersection of Binhai Avenue and changqian street, and northeast of Kunnan road. After the line leaves Lingkun station, line S1 and line S2 start to go their separate ways in Wangxiang Village: Line S1 continues to go east, while line S2 turns to the north and goes to Yueqing.

Lingkun Cangnan section of Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou expressway is composed of Lingkun Gexiang and Rui'an Cangnan sections, with a total length of 93.7 km. It adopts two-way six lane standard construction. The speed of passenger car sign is 120 km / h, and the speed limit through tunnel is 100 km / h. Among them, the section from Lingkun to Gexiang starts from Lingkun Island, connects with Beikou bridge of Oujiang River, crosses Feiyun River through oujiangkou new area, Longwan District and southern Zhejiang industrial agglomeration area, and finally reaches Rui'an Gexiang, connecting with the starting point of rui'an-cangnan section of Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou double track railway; the section from Rui'an to Cangnan starts from the east of Ge Xiang of Ruian City, connects with Lingkun Gexiang section of Ningbo Taizhou Wenzhou double track expressway, and ends with Wenzhou ring expressway The Gexiang hub of the southwest line of the road passes through Pingyang County, crosses Aojiang River to Cangnan County, and finally reaches dailing tunnel of Cangnan dailing at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian.

Agricultural industry

Agriculture is the traditional industry of Lingkun street. The pure ecological agricultural products represented by melon, watermelon, wax gourd, strawberry and Ougan are well-known throughout the city and even the whole province. Lingkun chicken, Lingkun midge and Meretrix meretrix are well-known. In recent years, Lingkun street has vigorously implemented the strategy of benefit oriented agricultural construction, built five bases, including melon and fruit, Lingkun chicken, live pig and sika deer, and is gradually becoming the "big basket" of Wenzhou. It has been selected as the national advanced Green Town, the town of clam, the town of box, and the vegetable basket base of Wenzhou City. Industry is a new industry in Lingkun town. The town has formed clothing, electrical appliances, furniture, glasses, building materials and other five industries. Garment processing industry is the pillar industry of Lingkun town. It has cultivated "Xiameng" and other famous brands, known as "the island of suits".

Medical resources

Lingkun street health center is the community health service center of Lingkun street, which mainly provides public health services, comprehensive prevention, health care and basic medical services. There are 45 employees, 34 regular employees, 4 deputy chief physicians and 17 intermediate professional titles.
