Dongjiuzhai Town, belonging to Zunhua City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Zunhua City, bordering Qianxi County in the East, Tiechang town in the south, Xindianzi town in the west, niangniangzhuang Township in the southwest and Jianming town in the north, with an administrative area of 75.52 square kilometers.

In 1953, it was divided into yaojiayu Township, Liangtun Township, yanjiayu Township, Wenzhuang Township and motun township; in September 1987, it was withdrawn and dongjiuzhai town was established; in 1989, Dazhai township was incorporated. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Dong Jiu Zhai town was 23227. As of June 2020, dongjiuzhai town has 29 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in dongjiuzhai village.

History of construction

In 1953, it belonged to yaojiayu Township, Liangtun Township, yanjiayu Township, Wenzhuang Township and motun township.

In 1956, it became motun Township and zhoutiezhuang township.

In 1958, it was incorporated into the Oriental people's commune.

In 1961, dongjiuzhai people's commune was established.

In March 1984, the people's commune was abolished and dongjiuzhai township was established.

In September 1987, dongjiuzhai town was established.

In 1989, Dazhai township was incorporated.
