Shizi street is located in the south of Shuyang County, Jiangsu Province. It is the South Gate of the main urban area. It was called Shizi bridge in ancient times. It is one of the ancient towns with a long history in Shuyang County. With an area of 70 square kilometers and a permanent population of 56000, it has jurisdiction over 17 administrative villages and an industrial park. The street is bounded by Huaihe River in the west, facing beidingji Township across the river, dongxiaodian Township and Zhangji street in the East, Shucheng street, Nanhu street and Mengxi street in the north, and Huji town in the South; Xinchang railway, Beijing Shanghai Expressway, national highway 205 and sushu first-class highway pass through the territory, and Huaishu River, chaimi River and other rivers crisscross, close to Shuyang port, one of the top 20 inland ports in Jiangsu Province. The streets are rich in soil and water, and the production conditions of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry are unique. The main grain crops are three wheat, rice and corn, with an annual total grain output of 50000 tons. It is known as the "hometown of melons and fruits, strong industrial town".

Historical evolution

Before Qing Dynasty, cross street was called cross bridge and cross street. After the founding of new China, the cross commune was established, and then it was renamed cross township. In 2000, the township was set up as a town. In 2005, the administrative division was adjusted to Shizi community in Shucheng town. In 2013, Shizi street was established.

Construction

The construction of 296000 square meters of standardized workshops started in the whole street, accounting for 118% of the total number of tasks. In accordance with the idea of unified planning, step-by-step implementation, rolling construction and overall promotion, the "2158" project with a length of 100 mu, 2000 meters and an area of 150000 square meters was launched in Wangjian village along 205 traffic trunk road, becoming the largest building complex in the county. In 2014, 32 Street belt projects with a total area of 25 buildings and an area of 155000 square meters were constructed, and 17 buildings with an area of 90000 square meters have been used, including Jiangsu Shuangyang boiler equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengkang fertilizer Co., Ltd., Jiangsu HENGQIANG Textile Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Kaikai Technology Co., Ltd., Shuyang Weimin Metal Co., Ltd., Shuyang keridi cultural products Co., Ltd., and Shuyang Shengli Co., Ltd Tianyu Clothing Co., Ltd.

Industrial concentration area

We should persist in making the industrial concentration area bigger and stronger as an important support for industrial breakthrough, deeply implement the two major strategies of hardening, greening and lighting projects, expanding the park to the South and West, and unblocking roads, and accelerate the construction of township industrial concentration area with function as the basis, environment as the key, and characteristics as the soul. 150 street lamps have been installed in the concentration area, 6000 meters of sewers have been built, and the green area has reached 60 mu. By 2014, a pattern of six vertical and two horizontal cycles, greening and lighting in place, and complete water supply and drainage has been formed, greatly improving the image of the concentration area and the carrying capacity of large projects. As of 2014, there are 84 leading enterprises in furniture and mechanical processing.

Urban construction

The old town of Shizi is small, with disordered buildings and crowded population. The street actively echoed the urban shantytown reconstruction facilities plan from 2013 to 2015, relocated and reconstructed the areas included in the urban shantytown reconstruction, demolished 43 households, and started the construction of Chengnan commercial city, covering an area of 80 mu, with a total construction area of 200000 square meters, which is the first landmark building in the history of cross. At the same time, we should adhere to the concept of "four highs", consider in advance in planning and design, supporting buildings, etc., build buildings suitable for the urban area in terms of software and hardware, and build a livable area with excellent environment, good image and high-grade population while accelerating the integration into the main city.

Economics

In 2013, the fiscal revenue was 167.89 million yuan, accounting for 93.8% of the 179 million yuan at the beginning of the year, an increase of 30.3%, and the tax revenue accounted for 78.5%.
