Lianyungang high tech Industrial Development Zone Lianyungang high tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the east of Xinhai District, Lianyungang City. It was approved as a provincial high tech Zone by Jiangsu provincial government in 1997 and upgraded to a national high tech Zone by the State Council in February 2015. It was officially established in September of the same year.
