Diaobingshan is the first village of the security society, which has jurisdiction over 17 villages. Daming Anbei is the first village of Anqing society, which has jurisdiction over 12 villages. In 1910, fakuting changed 30 communes into one city and ten townships, Diaobingshan was Dongyi Township, which was still the seat of the association, Anbei village in Daming was Donger Township, and Baijiagou was the seat of the association.

In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Faku was changed into a county according to the government's unified planning and the order of the local government. Since then, Diaobingshan and Daming have been under the jurisdiction of Faku County. Daqing, Xiaoming and other places have always been the jurisdiction of Tieling county.
