The origin of Idioms
The ninth chapter of Shi Naian's outlaws of the marsh in the Ming Dynasty: "Zhu Bi Wa is a reflection of the nine level high hall; the pillars of painting and the carving of beams are really three tiny houses." The twenty ninth volume of Ming Dynasty's Feng Menglong's Xing Shi Heng Yan "shows an octagonal pavilion in the middle, with Zhu Bi WA, painted pillars and carved beams."
