Cover the ground and cover the sky
Covering the sky, a Chinese idiom, the Pinyin is zh ē D ì g à ITI ā n, which means to describe the wind and sand, heavy rain and snow or a lot of people and horses. It's from the Dragon Boat Festival in May.
