One way and nine ways
It is a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is y ī Ku ā ngji ǔ h é, which means Guan Zhong assisted Duke Huan of Qi in the spring and Autumn period to establish hegemony. Later, it also refers to the important events of founding a country. It comes from the biography of Zheng Wan in the old book of Tang Dynasty.

According to the biography of Zheng Yao in the old book of Tang Dynasty, "when I first became an official in the army, I took care of him. I gave him the precepts of repeated orders and made a plan of nine combinations."
