The Chinese idiom, y à Oji à Hu á NJI à in pinyin, means to buy and sell things. The main seller's price is high, and the buyer's price is low. The two sides have to repeatedly dispute. It also means to repeatedly dispute when negotiating, or to say conditions when accepting a task.
