If you swallow a boat, it is a leak

As a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is t ū nzh ō ush ì L ò u, which originally refers to a big fish who has missed the net. Later, it often refers to a person who has committed a big crime and is at large. It comes from the biography of Chen Qing in southern history.
