The Chinese idiom, Pinyin is t à sh à NJI à h è, which means to describe the hardships of climbing. It comes from the stele of Xiaohou, a general in the west of Shanxi Province.
The idiom comes from Lu Ji's Xiaohou ZhouChu stele, a general in Pingxi of Jin Dynasty: "there are many mountains and valleys, and you will come and go."
