Shuicaibujiao, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Shu ǐ C à IB ù Ji ā o, which means there is no economic contact with each other. In the old days, it meant that officials were clean and honest. It's from the stele of the statue of emperor Wendi temple in the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
