Sleepless, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Q ǐ Nb ù Li á om è I, meaning unable to sleep. It's a matter of mind. Also known as "sleepless". From new book Xiongnu.

The origin of Idioms

Han Jiayi's new book Xiongnu: "then the Xiongnu are obedient and suspicious, making Shan Yu sleepless, unwilling to eat, wielding a sword and holding a bow, squatting in the corner of the vault."
