Qianyanjiliu, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is Qi ā NY á NJ ī Li ú, which means procrastination. It's from the second moment of surprise.
The idiom comes from Volume 7 of "surprise at the second quarter of the story": (LV Shijun) moved and missed, did not dare to come to the post.
