A decisive man
It is an idiom, pronounced P ī Xi ā oju é h à n, which refers to the man who rushes out of the sky. Liu Zongyuan's poem "journey is difficult" in Tang Dynasty: "the man who conquers the sky will come out of the river and catch a glimpse of the left and right stars."
