To be the first to die
As a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is pi á NSH ǒ Uji ù s ǐ, which means to be killed at the same time. It's from Xiao Ting Za Lu: the beginning and end of military use in the western regions.
The origin of Idioms
In the miscellaneous records of the roaring Pavilion, the beginning and end of the use of troops in the western regions written by Zhao Yao in the Qing Dynasty, it is said that "call out the strong men and kill them once. Without a sound, they will die."
