Criticizing and resisting
Chinese idiom, Pinyin is p ī g ā NGD ǐ x ī, which means criticizing the strong and attacking the weak. It refers to seizing the enemy's vital position and taking advantage of the weak. It also refers to taking advantage of the weak. From fayan Chongli.
The idiom comes from "Fa Yan Chong Li" written by Yang Xiong in Han Dynasty: "can you reach it?" Han Yu of Tang Dynasty wrote in his Shi Yan: "being weak in talent but weak in strength, you can't run around and take the opportunity to fight for power."
