Dusk and Chaoyu
In the spring and Autumn period, the state of Jin went through the state of Yu to fight against the state of Guo. After the state of Guo was defeated, it destroyed the state of Yu on the way back. This is a metaphor for the rapid change of destruction. It comes from Zuo Zhuan, the fifth year of Duke Fu.
The idiom is used as attributive and object; it is used to describe the rapid change of destruction. The example of is the miscellaneous chant of Haiti snow Pavilion written by Jin yuanhaowen: "Luoyang's City Palace turns grey and smoke, and the dusk of Guo and Chaoyu is in front of you."
