In the late Warring States period, Qin and Yan were repaired on the surface and sent the prince of the royal family to each other's country as hostages. Prince YAN Dan was taken hostage in the state of Qin. King Ying Zheng of Qin was very rude and contemptuous to him. Prince Dan asked the king of Qin to allow him to return to the state of Yan. The king of Qin said that he would not return to the state of Yan unless he had a horse horn and a crow's head. Prince Dan fled back to the state of Yan and sent Jing Ke to assassinate the king of Qin
