"City fire" is a plot and action film produced by Xinyi City Film Co., Ltd., directed by Lin Lingdong, CO written by Lin Lingdong and Shen Xicheng, starring Chow Yun fat, Li Xiuxian and Sun Yue. The film premiered in Hong Kong on February 13, 1987.
The film tells the story of a robbery group headed by Nange and AHU who plans to rob a jewelry factory with weapons. After hearing the news, the police sent detective Gao Qiu to do undercover investigation. After several efforts, he finally infiltrated into the robbery group. On the day of the robbery, the police laid a net, and a street shooting was imminent.
Movie plot
The police learned that the robber leader Nange and his general AHU were planning to rob the jewelry factory, and immediately set up an ad hoc group to investigate. Assistant Liu dingguang has already sent his right-hand assistant and good friend Gao Qiu to infiltrate the underworld undercover. Gao Qiu established a relationship with the robbers in the name of selling guns. After many tests, ah Hu won his trust. Nan Ge intends to pull Gao Qiu into the gang. Gao Qiu is afraid that his identity will be exposed, so he temporarily interrupts his contact with Liu BangBan. Liu's assistant noticed that the situation was different and strengthened the security measures of Jinpu. Gao Qiu uses paper money to leave clues to the police. Qiao knows that Gao Qiu is an undercover, but he always pursues Gao Qiu and embarrasses him. Liu dingguang is distressed but helpless. In the end, Gao Qiu's identity is exposed, but a Hu who has always been Gao Qiu's confidant is still determined to protect Gao Qiu. The police laid a net to catch all the robbers, but Gao Qiu died in the gunfight. A Hu is arrested in the pain of losing his confidant. Liu BangBan angrily smashes a brick at the policeman Qiao who has been targeting Gao Qiu.
