Wind and rain
As a Chinese idiom, Pinyin is l á NF à ngzh à ngy à, which refers to the wind and rain in summer and autumn. Later also refers to the wind and rain unceasingly. It comes from the second poem of autumn rain sigh by Du Fu of Tang Dynasty.
