Extravagance and abuse
The Chinese idiom, Ji ā och ǐ y í NN ü è, means to describe the indulgence and extravagance of life. It comes from the Qinghua of jade pot.
The origin of Idioms
The ninth volume of the jade pot Qinghua written by Wen Ying of Song Dynasty: "Xu Zhixun was a governor of Huainan. He was arrogant, extravagant and sadistic. He was killed by Zhu Jin. One side was very disturbed, and the LORD was eager to replace him. He knew that he was against his rule and was modest and generous."
Idiom usage
As predicate, object and attribute, it refers to people's profligacy.

Avoid their spirit and strike them lazy - bì qí ruì qì,jī qí duò guī
the wrangling guest robs the place of the host - xuān bīn duó zhǔ
so full of hatred that each wants to get the other 's head - mào shǒu zhī chóu
