Rain and wind
It's a Chinese idiom. Pinyin is f ē ngy ǔ Li á NCHU á ng, which means the joyful feeling of brothers or relatives meeting again after a long separation and having a heart to heart conversation in the same room. It comes from Chen Kaisheng, an old friend, written by Qiu Jin of Qing Dynasty.
