Idiom story

During the Chu Han war, Chen Ping defected to Liu Bang, the king of the Han Dynasty. Now, if someone has the character of filial piety, but it is not good for the fate of victory or defeat, how can your majesty have leisure to use such a person? " The king of the Han Dynasty asked Chen Ping again. Chen Ping said, "I come here empty handed. If I don't accept money, I have no expenses. If my plan is really worthy of adoption, I hope the king will adopt it.
