Chuanbing Yiji is a Chinese idiom. Its pinyin is Chu á Nb ǐ ngy í Ji è, which means power transfer. From Han Feizi, Sanshou.
The origin of Idioms
In Han Feizi's Sanshou, it is said that "the fear of evil self-government leads to the change of the monarch's convergence. Because of the transfer of the handle, the opportunity to kill is to be seized by the minister." Chen Qiyou quoted Gao Heng in his commentaries and said, "by virtue, power and position."
