Shut up and blame yourself
Chinese idiom, Pinyin is B ì g é Z ì Z é, which means closing the door comes from my introspection, and it is the same as "thinking about the past". It comes from the biography of he bingzhuan in the history of Han Dynasty.
The idiom comes from Ban Gu's biography of he he in the book of Han in the Eastern Han Dynasty: "Xu (Yan Xu) originally took filial piety as an official, and said that he was a teacher and friend. He used to shut himself up and blame himself, but he didn't say much in the end."
