An Che Pu Lun
Anche pulun, a Chinese idiom, Pinyin means "NCH ē P ú L ú n", which means to let the applicant sit on the anche and wrap the wheel with puye, so as to make the vehicle more stable when driving. It shows the emperor's preferential treatment to the virtuous. It comes from the book of the Han Dynasty, Wudi Ji.
