Li Congyuan was a famous writer in Tang Dynasty. His representative works include "Fenghe ascended Ci'en Temple on September 9, the floating picture should be made".

Li Congyuan, whose birth and death are unknown. Zhaozhou Gaoyi (now Hebei Gaoyi) people. During the reign of Shenlong and Jingyun, Li Zhong Shu Ling, Tai Fu Qing and Huang men Shi Lang were successively granted Zhao Jun Gong. The posthumous title is Yi.
