Li Renshan (1915.10-unknown), formerly known as Xiang Rong, was born in Jinping East Street. Graduated from the civil air defense research class of the central air defense school. Member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. Serve as the commander of Dengkou inspection office of Ningxia security command. In the uprising on September 19, 1949, he worked in Yinchuan city. He retired in September 1979.
