Zhu Kejia: male, Han nationality, born in November 1950 in Shanghai, joined the Communist Party of China in April 1973 (later expelled from the party). He began to work in 1969 and has been the manager of Enhong building of Enhong coal mine in Yunnan Province since January 1995. He was an alternate member of the 10th CPC Central Committee (until the end of the "Cultural Revolution"). He was elected to the Standing Committee of the Fourth National People's Congress.

Since April 1969, he has been an educated youth in Yaodeng village of Menglun commune, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. He used to be a teacher of the people's Liberation Army. He joined the Communist Youth League of China in March 1971. Since 1974, he has been a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and deputy director of the office of Yulin and Zhukong of Yunnan Province. He was elected to the Standing Committee of the Fourth National People's Congress in January 1975. From October 1975 to 1977, he served as secretary of Yunnan provincial Party committee of the Communist Youth League. In November 1976, he was isolated and examined in Kunming, Yunnan Province. He was expelled from the party in February 1979. Since March 1979, he has been working in the tunneling team and coal washing plant of No.1 well in Enhong coal mine, Yunnan Province. Since August 1987, he has been an employee of the union of Yunnan Enhong coal mine. Since January 1995, he has been the manager of Enhong building of Enhong coal mine in Yunnan Province. He was an alternate member of the 10th CPC Central Committee (until the end of the "Cultural Revolution"). He was elected to the Standing Committee of the Fourth National People's Congress.
