Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty. Zhonggong, born in Henan (now Luoyang), was born several times. In the second year of Longxing (1163), he was appointed as taichangcheng, and later became known as Wenzhou as a court fenglang. In the ninth year of Qiandao (1173), wailang, a member of the Ministry of household, moved to huaidong.

Later, he was appointed as Xiuzhuan of Jiying hall, Minister of the Ministry of household and Minister of the Ministry of punishment. Scholars call it "Mr. Xi'an".
