Shi qiongfang (1815-1868), a native of Cen in Jiangxi Province of Jin Dynasty, lived in Taiwan in his early years. Qing Daoguang 25 years (1845) Jinshi, Jiangsu county magistrate, was promoted to six principal. He asked for the support of his relatives to return to his hometown, to teach in Taiwan's Haidong academy, and to associate with poetry friends. He has written many poetry anthologies such as Shi Lan Shan Guan's manuscript.
