Mr. Xu Liangzuo is an independent non-executive director of Jiancheng Holding Co., Ltd. He received his Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from Lingnan University in July 1951. Mr. Xu obtained his master's degree in advanced structural engineering from the University of Southampton in March 1973. He received his master's degree in geological engineering from the University of Toronto in March 1983. Mr. Xu has been a member of the British institution of structural engineers since December 1964, a senior member of the same institution since June 1975, and a member of the Australian institution of engineers since February 1976. He has been a member of the professional engineers association of Ontario, Canada since November 1978, a registered structural engineer in Hong Kong, China since 1978, and a professional engineer in California, USA since 1984. Mr. Xu has over 50 years of experience in the structural engineering industry. From August 1951 to December 1961, he was a lecturer in the Department of civil engineering of various universities in China; from January 1962 to February 1963, he was an engineer at Eric cumine & partners; from March 1963 to April 1967, he was a structural engineer at the Hong Kong building ordinance enforcement office of China; and from April 1967 to August 1978 He was a senior structural engineer in the Architectural Services Department of the Department of works, Hong Kong, China, in March 1987; he was a chief engineer in omen Lee & Associates, Ontario, Canada, from August 1978 to August 1980; and he was a senior structural engineer in reed Inc., Toronto, Canada, from August 1980 to September 1983. He was a senior engineer at technicconstruction Co, Hong Kong, China from September 1983 to September 1988. As a construction manager. Since September 1993, he has worked at George Tsui & Associates (T. Y。 Lin(H。 K。 ）As president and registered structural engineer, and as an external professor at Wuhan University, China.
