Xu Qiuyun, female, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor of Tongren University, master of pedagogy, from Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province, took part in the work in 2001, joined Tongren University as a teaching assistant, lecturer and associate professor in 2007, served as deputy chief of Moral Education Department of Tongren University in October 2010 and chief of Moral Education Department of Tongren University in January 2013. He published 18 papers and presided over 9 scientific research projects.

In October 1945, he began to work as a bookkeeper of Ji'an County Public cooperative. In May 1951, he was appointed chief accountant of Ji'an County supply and marketing cooperative. In July 1956, he was the inspector of Tonghua Office of Jilin supply and marketing cooperatives. In July 1957, he was appointed director of the finance and Trade Department of the Ji'an County Committee of the CPC. In October 1960, he served as secretary of the office of Ji'an County CPC Committee. In 1961, he served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ji'an town Party committee and President of the people's commune. In November 1963, he served as a member of the Organization Department of Ji'an County Committee of the Communist Party of China and participated in Tonghua and Liuhe social education teams. Since September 1968, he has successively served as the director of the political department, the leader of the reporting group and the Secretary of the comprehensive group of the Revolutionary Committee of Ji'an County. In December 1974, he served as deputy director of Ji'an County Agricultural Machinery Bureau. In March 1977, he was Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Yaoying people's commune in Ji'an County. In January 1979, he was appointed deputy director of the office of Ji'an County Revolutionary Committee. In September 1980, he served as deputy director of the office of the Standing Committee of Ji'an County People's Congress. In September 1982, he served as the director of the office of the Standing Committee of Ji'an County People's Congress.
