He Tianchong, born in Yibin, Sichuan Province, is an acrobat. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1981. After that, he successively served as an actor, teacher, director of art room of Chongqing acrobatic troupe, and the second executive director of China Acrobatic Artists Association.

He joined the student team of Chongqing Acrobatic Troupe in 1954. He is a deputy to the fifth and Sixth National People's Congress. The performances include "balance modeling", "row chair", "meteor", and the creations include "double pedaling", "heavy pedaling technique", etc.
