Zhang Yueling (1818-1885), a native of Fuhua Township, Pingjiang County, Yuezhou Prefecture, is a native of Fuhua county. He was born on military recommendation. At the beginning, he did regiment training in his hometown. Later, he went to Jiangxi and Xinjiang with Zeng and Zuo. He fought against bandits and traitors and made great achievements. He has served as the inspector general of Gansu and Fujian provinces, and was awarded the title of "CE Yong batulu".

Zhang Yueling (1818-1885) was born in Fuhua Township, Pingjiang County, Yuezhou Prefecture, Hunan Province. He was born on military recommendation. Xianfeng two years (1852), as Pingjiang, Liuyang County regiment training thing. In the fourth year, he joined Jiangxi Province to fight the rebellion. He selected the county magistrate with his merit and added five ranks. In the ninth year, Zeng Guofan sent him back to Hunan to recruit 4000 Xiangyong to Fuzhou for training in preparation for attacking and suppressing the Taiping army. In the first month of the 10th year, he made great efforts in Pingjiang, Hunan Province, to reward Dai Hualing. In September of the third year of tongzhi (1864), he returned to Jiangxi and fought in the area of Shanxi in Guangfeng. It's no use catching and beheading an old thief. In November, Longquan entered Huichang to strengthen the gateway of South Jiangxi. Five years, the Department of Gannan Bing Bei Road. In the sixth year, Zuo Zongtang moved to Shaanxi and Gansu, recommended him to be Gansu's inspector general and political envoy, and granted him the title of ceyong batulu. In February of the seventh year, the bandits in zhoujiahe, jizhaopo and other places were suppressed. The bandits fled separately and hid in the mountains. In November, he defeated the fleeing bandits in Longzhou and other places. He fled from the East and was intercepted by Liu Duanmian. In May of the eighth year, he resigned to Gansu Province as an official. In July of the first year of Guangxu's reign (1875), shaodao was built in Fujian Province and changed to Fujian envoys. In November of the second year, he begged for rest because of illness. Three years later, jiezu returned to his hometown.

In his spare time of military affairs, Yueling devoted himself to the study of Humanities and history. On the spot investigation of the Tang Dynasty book "the inscription on Du Fu's tomb" written by Yuan Zhen, which is called his moving to Yanshi, has written more than 1000 words on the tomb of Du Gongbu, which proves that Du's tomb is in Pingjiang. There is no basis for Yuan Zhen's writing. Together with Li Yuandu, he raised funds to repair the Duzi temple.

As an official, Yueling was concerned about his hometown. He tried to build a granary in the north corner of the county. He donated his salary to buy forty thousand grains in case of famine. From Yuzhang to zhenpingliang, the hometown of Daojing, we can see that the abandoned academy is in depression and the scale is narrow. With the idea of rejuvenating and recovering, we bought several hectares of land in the southeast of the county, expanded it into the base, and advocated the construction of Tianyue Academy. During the Tongzhi period, he helped to revise Pingjiang county annals and set up Tieping poetry society. His works include nine volumes of "tie Ping Shi Chao", one volume of "tie Ping Dong you cao" and two volumes of "Za Cun".

Zeng Zu: Le Zheng, Zu: Guang Han, father: Zan Zhao, and his descendants were honored. They were all given to the Ronglu doctor and the Gansu Provincial inspector general.
