Zhang He, male, born in May 1977 in Cili County, Hunan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a doctor. He is now a teacher of College of chemistry and chemical engineering of Hunan Institute of technology.

In 1999, he graduated from college of life sciences of Hunan Normal University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He graduated from college of life sciences of Hunan Normal University with a master's degree in Science in 2003. He graduated from school of chemistry and chemical engineering of Hunan University in 2008 with a doctorate of science. from April 2008 to July 2010, he worked in Shenzhen Research Institute of City University of Hong Kong as a senior researcher.

Mainly engaged in the research and development of new microfluidic chip application technology platform, including: design and preparation of new microfluidic chip structure and functional components, development and application of integrated multifunctional microfluidic chip, advanced chemical and biological analysis based on microfluidic and nanotechnology, etc. Now, I am in charge of one project of National Natural Science Foundation of China Biosens.Bioelectron .,Electrophoresis, Anal.Chim.Acta , talanta, Science Bulletin and other domestic and foreign core journals independently or cooperatively published more than 15 scientific research papers, and 8 papers were included in SCI.
