Song Qingzhi, the character Yuan Ji, a word Xiren, drink ice, Yongjia (today's Wenzhou City) people. In the first year of Xianchun (1265), he was a Jinshi. He once served as a supervisor of Yancang in Qingyuan prefecture (now Ningbo) and set up Yumu (cangsi) in eastern Zhejiang. It is said that Hongzhi's Wenzhou Fu Zhi, Volume 10, art and literature. He is the author of 14 volumes of Yinbing Wenji, which is lost today. There are 11 poems recorded in volume 344 of song chensi's "two song Mingxian Xiaoji", 16 of which are collected by modern people.
